Roasted Fresh Daily

Our Roots

Founded in 1995 by Ray and Jen Brongil, the two have brought their passion to each quality roast. Importing only Specialty Grade Arabica beans, they are also Rainforest Alliance certified, and use Swiss Water-processed decaf.

Second generation, daughter Netty Taylor took ownership of the roastery in April 2019. She began roasting with her parents at the company over 16 years ago. Netty has attended the Diedrich Roasting School in Idaho to build and polish her profiling of coffees and her roasting abilities.

RayJen hopes to continue to build their presence in the local community as well as broaden their following of coffee lovers everywhere.

You can find RayJen Coffee at several local restaurants as well as retail operations throughout Coos and Curry County. Clients can work with Netty to develop their own blend or choose from one of their well-known house blends. Custom packaging is also available for your local business or event.

Our Beans

Certified Rainforest Alliance

The mission of the Rainforest Alliance is to protect ecosystems and the people and wildlife that depend on them by transforming land-use practices, business practices and consumer behavior.

Swiss Water Processed Decaf

The process of removing caffeine from the green coffee by water extraction and then reintroducing the flavor components gives us a coffee bean that tastes like the caffeinated versions without the effects of caffeine.

Non-Certified Coffee

The non certified coffees don't carry any designations, but we work closely with our suppliers to insure we are always sourcing the highest quality green coffee beans.

Small batch artisan coffee roasters dedicated to quality and excellence.

Our Promise

We are proud to source only specialty grade coffee beans. Every order is roasted upon receipt to assure the coffee you receive is always the freshest.

You can be assured that we don’t sell any coffee that we wouldn’t drink ourselves. We invite you to try a few different roasts to see which best suits your taste.

Happy tasting!
